Hey Lou Hotel Karlsruhe Messe

I was allowed to bring my dog into my room. It was a large room and there was plenty of space for him to sleep. Staff were excetionately friendly. It was brilliant for a single night. Breakfast was excellent.

The room planning is a bit unusual. Family room consists of 2 separate suites connected with a hallway- 1 with 2 beds and another with 1 queen bed. So in case of family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) booking offers 2 rooms (1 Family room (2 suits inside) + 1 double room) - which considers 1 child will be sleeping separately. However after discussing this with booking com and hotel stuff - we kept only 1 family room. Fast response and reaction.

We had to find an affordable hotel for our family of 4 on the way from Italy back to Netherlands, something not too far away from highway and not in the busy city, as our car was not doing well going on low gears. This was an exceptional find! Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpfull staff.

Very neat and spacious . It was overnight stay on the way back to NL from Austria and it was perfect for it . The supermarket right across the street was great for coffee and sandwiches.

Everything in this hotel feels clean, fresh and new. we’ve stayed only one night on our way back home from Italy and we will definitely stay here again. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, you don’t hear any outside noise or other guests. we were surprised about low breakfast rating, there was enough choice, everything was fresh, good coffee and friendly staff I don’t know what else could you need. Kids were excited about pancakes machine, not the best pancakes I’ve ever had but kids loved it!
